The Leadership Development Course © is a 6-month program where candidates work weekly one-on-one online with a live coach (no classrooms).

The course begins with the state-of-the-art assessment (also done online) creating the starting point for the roadmap to successful leadership development that is unique to the candidate.

The course has 3-major sections: personal inventory (strengths & stressors); contemporary leadership techniques & philosophies; finally, application of the learned materials. Please see our LDC brochure for a deeper description.
