Looking outward and focusing on how to reach people in effective, well-received ways is at the heart of the course (ILC). Creating greater impact with each interaction we have as a leader is the goal of the ILC.

Each of us has a preferred way we wish to be treated and the course sheds light not only on what those ways are for others but how do we provide such an approach in an authentic way that reflects our true self. 

Creating bonds with people that continue to genuinely strengthen with each involvement thus leading to improved engagement.
